A wider Bristol block paving driveway finished in Brett brindle paviors with a charcoal border, central diamond pattern and recessed manhole cover. The old tarmac was removed, the area was opened up, and the new surface now gives the frontage a cleaner, sharper finish.

Challenges
- The original tarmac driveway needed to be removed before the new block paving could be installed.
- A tree had to be removed so the driveway area could be widened and made more usable.
- The manhole cover needed to remain accessible while sitting neatly within the finished paving.
Solution
- Removed the existing tarmac, cleared the tree and widened the driveway area ready for the new layout.
- Installed a compacted MOT Type 1 base and prepared a sharp sand screed for the block paving.
- Laid Brett brindle paviors with a charcoal border, a centre diamond pattern and a recessed manhole cover.
