Information, not a contract

Content on this site is general information about our services. It is not a binding offer or quotation. Every project is different - surfaces, ground conditions, drainage and access all affect what is possible and what it costs. The terms that apply to any work are those set out in your individual written quotation.

Workmanship guarantee

Our voluntary workmanship guarantee is additional to your statutory rights, including those under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Read the full workmanship guarantee for cover, email claims, initial inspections and how we put accepted defects right, including localised repairs and their appearance. The guarantee terms agreed for your project continue to apply; later website updates do not change an existing contract or restrict any remedy available to you by law.

Accuracy

We keep the site as accurate as we can, but we don't guarantee that every detail is current or error-free, and general guidance (for example in our advice guides) is not a substitute for a site-specific assessment.
