Challenges
- The broad corner frontage needed a coherent finish across the main parking area, front path and garage-side section.
- Two resin colours and the inset pattern needed clear separation without making the frontage feel visually busy.
- The curved pavement edge, doorway and utility cover required neat, durable transitions.
Solution
- Used St Ives across the main driveway to create a light, consistent parking surface.
- Laid Sagrada Familia through the front path and inset feature pattern to provide a subtle tonal contrast.
- Installed charcoal block paving borders to frame the frontage, define the pattern and separate the resin finishes cleanly.
